  • How do I place an order?

    We have two simple steps for ordering:
    Step 1: Browse the item you wish to purchase, use our searching box on the top or click on the category list on the left of the page.  When you have found the products you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button.  You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).
    Step 2: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart.  The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.
  • Can I physically see an item before I purchase it?

    Yes, we open our warehouse to customers from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.  You can actually view the items before you buy.
  • Why are your prices so low?

    CaterWorks can offer prices substantially lower than you would pay in a retail outlet because we:
    Source our products directly from manufacturers around the world;
    Purchase in shipments much larger than most retailers to obtain a better price;
    Do not involve or rely on any intermediaries to source our products;
    Sell online or directly from our warehouse which eliminates expensive retail costs.
